All ready for play-offs on Monday night.

The line-up has now been completed for the penultimate night of the Cork Darts Organisation Fosters sponsored super league to be played on Monday night at the Groves on Dublin Street Blackpool from 8.30pm.

Last Monday nights quarterfinals almost produced a surprise winner as the Maple Leaf came out in their quarterfinal against the Joshua Tree with all guns blazing and were full value for their 3-1 lead at the break.

Unfortunately for the Maple Leaf matters went array in the remaining three rubbers as they succumbed to the more experienced Blarney Street side by 4-3, but they will certainly rue this opportunity of a major scalp passing them bye.

Another close encounter was played out in the other quarterfinal between defending champions the Harp and Hennessy’s before the holders went through by 4-2 after the first four games on the card were shared between the sides.

The semifinal action will commence Monday night at the Groves with both semifinals timed for an 8.45pm start with the final to follow.

Semifinals line-up as follows: Tower Bar v Harp and Groves 1 v Joshua Tree.

The final series of matches was completed on Monday night last in divisions one, two and the junior division of the Fosters sponsored leagues and tonight the quarterfinals in both the first and second divisions will be completed while in the junior division both semifinals will be played.

The Glenryan Tavern will play host to both quarterfinals of the Fosters first division league with the Gerald Griffin who finished  second in section one taking on River Lane who claimed third spot in section two while the other quarterfinal has section two runner-up taking on the third placed team in   section one, the Old Reliable while waiting in the wings and already into the semifinals are the Gallows and the Riverstown Inn.

Already through to the semifinals in the first division are the Riverstown Inn and the Gallows by virtue of they topping their respective sections and the semifinals and final will be played at the Glenryan on Monday next December 11.

Meanwhile at the Local two more quarterfinals will be played this time in the second division as Red Cove Inn take on the Glenryan Tavern 2 while the Residence battle it out against the Old Reliable and waiting here in the semifinals for the winners are Ma Dullea’s and the Cow with the Local as the finals venue on Monday night next December 11.

The River Lane on Blarney Street will play host to both semifinals of the Fosters junior league and the semifinals line-up is as follows: Aunties v St, Vincent’s and Carrigaline GAA v Ma Dullea’s with the final at the same venue on Monday next December 11.
