The opening rounds of the Cork Darts Organization Fosters leagues commences on Monday next September 23rd.
38 teams across 4 divisions will battle it out on the oche for titles and silverware in 4 major competitions throughout the season, with a new format in place, from teams of 7 a side to teams of 5 a side.
In the Super league and Division 1, the format for each game is 501 straight off, best of 5 Legs (First to 3). The home team will throw first for the bull, with the winner of the bull throwing first in legs 1, 3, & 5. All 5 games are to be played on the night, with a point awarded for each win.
The Second Division and Junior Division will play 501 straight off, best of 3 Legs (First to 2)

A date for the this year’s diary is Monday October 28th, where St. Vincent’s H&F Club will host the October bank holiday doubles. This competition is open to all CDO registered players that are actively playing in the 2019/2020 season. The main event of the day will be the Cork Darts Organisation Fosters sponsored men’s doubles championship. Last year’s defending champions were Ciarán Teehan and Jason O’Donovan, can they make it 3 in a row? Last year’s shield winners were Robbie O’Donovan and Pat McSweeney
The next delegate meeting will be on Tuesday next September 24th at Horgan’s Bar, Blarney street, at 8:30pm.
